I have a large hairy dog and Jackie and her staff take such great care of her. I know Sammy sheds a lot and in the past was grumpy for brushing (which was totally my fault because I didn't have the time to brush her between grooming). I appreciate all that they do to take care of her and their advice for me. They showed me what brushes to get, how to use them and I bought them. I came to the realization that they are the professional, I am happy to pay for their service and don't have the time to do this weekly. They are more than worth the money I pay them for her to look nice every month. I don't know what I would do without them.
